Orlando's Upcoming Retail Hub Expands with Premier Beauty and Fitness Brands

Lake Nona West, Orlando's eagerly anticipated lifestyle center, is set to elevate its retail and wellness landscape with the addition of Sephora and JETSET Pilates.

These esteemed brands join a robust lineup, including Target, Nordstrom Rack, and Barnes & Noble, as the center approaches its summer 2026 debut.

Strategically located near Orlando International Airport, Lake Nona West spans 54 acres along Lake Nona Boulevard, east of Boggy Creek Road.

The 405,000-square-foot open-air center is designed to offer a curated mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences.

The inclusion of Sephora introduces a premier beauty destination, enhancing the center's appeal to beauty enthusiasts.

Simultaneously, JETSET Pilates, a modern luxury boutique fitness brand, adds a dynamic wellness component, catering to the community's growing interest in health and self-care.

According to Skipper Peek, senior vice president of commercial sales and development at Tavistock Development, "Sephora represents the type of experiential, lifestyle-driven retail that continues to expand in Lake Nona, as the area attracts national brands looking to serve this growing market."

He further emphasized that the addition of new wellness concepts like JETSET Pilates speaks to the kind of destination Lake Nona West is becoming for residents and visitors.

Lake Nona West is thoughtfully designed with shaded promenades, art-lined plazas, and flexible gathering spaces, reflecting Lake Nona's commitment to innovative placemaking.

Additionally, the center will feature a 20-stall Level 3 electric vehicle charging hub powered by Mercedes-Benz High-Power Charging, offering ultra-fast speeds up to 400 kW.

This amenity underscores the center's dedication to sustainability and convenience for all EV drivers.
